- 1. The working principle of speed-regulating hydraulic couplings
Our company has developed and manufactured the YOTc speed-regulating hydraulic coupling, which is an export-regulated type of speed-adjustable hydraulic coupling. Its structure primarily consists of five main components:①. Rotating Components: Primarily include the driving components (pump impeller, housing, input shaft) and driven components (turbine, output shaft).
The working cavity of the YOTc series speed-regulating hydraulic couplings is filled with a specific amount of working fluid (typically No. 32 turbine oil). The rotating component, which serves as the driving element, is connected to the electric motor. The pump impeller receives mechanical energy from the motor and, through its blades, induces relative motion and entrainment motion in the working fluid, thereby converting it into liquid energy. This energy then drives the turbine to rotate, transmitting the liquid energy to the output shaft, which is connected to the driven machine. In this way, the liquid energy is transformed back into mechanical energy, effectively transferring power from the prime mover to the working machine and enabling the operation of the driven equipment.

The speed-regulating coupling enables stepless speed control of the driven machine by adjusting the opening of the oil discharge system's guide tubes, thereby altering the amount of fluid filling the working chamber. Under constant motor speed conditions, this mechanism achieves continuous adjustment of the driven machine's speed, ultimately varying the magnitude of the output power. During the speed regulation process, a slip occurs (with the maximum relative efficiency loss occurring at a transmission ratio of i = 0.66, where efficiency drops to η = 97%). Additionally, the working fluid generates heat during operation, necessitating the installation of a cooler to maintain optimal fluid temperature. After cooling, the fluid is returned to the working chamber via the lubrication system. The coupling can be controlled automatically through on-site manual operations or remote control, utilizing instruments such as electric actuators, servo amplifiers, automatic speed-measuring devices, speed sensors, and pressure sensors.2. ◆ To enhance the starting capability of squirrel-cage induction motors, the motor's peak torque can be utilized as the starting torque, thereby avoiding the unreasonable mismatch phenomenon of "using a large motor for a small load."
◆ Prevent power overload and protect the motor and working machinery from damage caused by excessive load.
◆ Reduce vibration and impact during the startup process.
◆ In multi-machine drive systems, power balancing and sequential starting can be achieved, reducing the inrush current on the power grid.
◆ The startup time of the working machine can be fully adjusted according to the operational requirements of the equipment.
◆ The working machine features stepless speed regulation, delivering a remarkably significant energy-saving effect with power savings ranging from 20% to 40%.
◆ The work machine supports remote control and automated operation, making it highly convenient to use.
◆ Simple in structure and highly reliable, it offers a lower price compared to variable-frequency speed control and CST speed regulators, resulting in reduced operating costs. Additionally, it features no mechanical wear, can operate effectively under harsh environmental conditions, requires minimal specialized maintenance, and boasts an exceptionally long service life.
3. Scope of Application
In equipment operating within the mechanical industry, some are equipped with speed control systems designed for energy conservation, while others incorporate such systems due to specific process requirements. Therefore, speed-controlled couplings have an extremely wide range of applications.
◆ Pump Types: Boiler feed pumps, ash and slag pumps, transfer pumps, condensate pumps, water supply pumps, and more.
◆ Fan types: blowers, induced draft fans, Roots blowers, and more.
◆ Others: crushers, centrifuges, wastewater treatment odor eliminators, belt conveyors, grab dredgers for sand-dredging vessels, sintering mixers, and more.

2. The direction of rotation is determined by observing the rotational direction of the coupling input end from the rear end of the motor.
3. If the user has no specific requirements, the electric actuator will be installed on the right side of the coupling output end (when standing behind the motor and looking toward the coupling).6. Supporting Components Supply Project
Main foundry business scope and capacity:
To cast 104-based aluminum alloy parts, HT150-250 cast iron parts, 45# steel-based various types of carbon steel castings. The production capacity of aluminum castings is 100 tons/month, and the production capacity of cast iron and steel parts is 100 tons/month. The company can provide customers with one-stop service of rough casting and processing. Mass production using die casting, small batch parts using sand casting.
Among them, cast steel (alloy steel) is the optimization and reorganization of the company's casting division and the original branch (Yunan Zhongxing Wear-resistant Materials Co., Ltd.) in 2023, fully combining the advantages of both parties, that is, the combination of technological innovation and mature management, aiming at common customer terminals, reducing marketing costs, and also allowing customers to obtain the convenience of one-stop after-sales service. The main products are related to electric power, mining, cement, ports, waterway dredging metal wear-resistant parts, product materials are metal matrix ceramic composite materials, high chromium, high manganese, alloy steel and so on.
