Operating Rules for Speed Regulating Hydraulic Coupling
1. working medium: 6# hydraulic transmission oil or 32# turbine oil.
2. refueling: add the filtered working oil (filtration accuracy not less than 40μm) from the filter to the "highest oil" of the oil tank (engraved line on the level gauge).
3. rotation direction: it should be consistent with the rotation direction of motor and working machine.
Items to be checked before 4. start-up operation:
1. The working oil temperature of the oil tank is higher than -5 ℃.
2. The coupling conduit is located at the "0" position or the lowest position.
3. Open the cooling water valve to ensure sufficient cooling water.
4. Check the flexibility and accuracy of each instrument and electrical parts.
5. Check the rotation flexibility of the motor, coupling and working machine
