Doctoral candidate, graduated from the Second Staff University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Air Force Aviation, graduated from Tsinghua University in business administration, graduated from the American University of Management Technology (Peking University Teaching Center) with a master's degree in business administration, visiting scholar at the School of Economics of Peking University, and doctoral degree at the School of Economics of Peking University.
He is currently chairman of Guangdong Zhongxing Hydraulic Transmission Co., Ltd., director of Guangdong recognized Enterprise Technology Center, president of Enterprise Research and Development Institute, senior member of China Mechanical Engineering Society, member of the Fifth Committee of Fluid Transmission and Control Branch of China Mechanical Engineering Society, vice chairman of Promotion Association of Macao Yunfu Federation of Industry and Commerce, and vice chairman of Yunan County Federation of Industry and Commerce. He has won the honorary titles of advanced individual of belt conveyor branch of China Heavy Machinery Association, excellent entrepreneur of province, city and county for many times. Central South University has been employed as a part-time tutor for master of mechanical engineering.

He is the first generation of experts engaged in the research and development of hydraulic transmission technology in China, and has won many national honorary titles (national model worker, national March 8th red flag bearer, etc.). In the 1980 s and 1990 s, it was appointed by the state six times to introduce hydraulic transmission technology and products to Germany.
In 1994, VOITH from Germany was introduced to China to invest and jointly organize Voith ZTE Company and participate in management. After breaking up with VOITH in Germany in 2001, China's largest hydraulic transmission product base was established: Guangdong Zhongxing Hydraulic. After retiring in 2009, he continued to preside over the research and development of a new generation of automated and intelligent DY and GY electro-hydraulic drive system.
Guangdong Zhongxing Hydraulic Transmission Co., Ltd. has established an enterprise research and development institute and a provincial-level recognized enterprise technology center. It is the supporting unit of Guangdong Hydraulic Transmission Engineering Technology Research and Development Center. Has a first-class technology research and development and service team. The team has 5 senior engineering and technical personnel and 26 intermediate engineering and technical personnel. The main technical leaders have won the national labor model and were selected into the "Sailing Program" of Guangdong Province to train high-level talents. The company has a total of 60 personnel engaged in technology research and development, with strong technical force. It has successively completed 15 provincial-level science and technology projects and 2 national-level science and technology projects; it has 1 invention patent and 15 utility model patents.
The technical team learned advanced hydraulic transmission theory and product design ideas from German experts during the Sino-German joint venture, and carried out the localization transformation and technical development of a number of imported products. The research and development and industrial production of high-power speed-regulating hydraulic coupling and hydraulic coupling transmission device are in the forefront of the same industry in China. The research, development and production of hydraulic coupling applied on engineering ships have been successfully applied in the north and south of the Yangtze River. The research and development of automatic and intelligent high-performance DY and GY series electro-hydraulic driving devices have been successfully applied to belt conveyors, the research on the application products in the fields of high precision speed regulation performance of hydraulic coupling and nuclear power and new energy development is being carried out.
