The TS-treated main shaft incorporates a microscopic oil-retention grid on its surface, designed to accommodate the skeleton oil seal, thereby reducing the coefficient of friction and significantly improving the dynamic sealing performance. Additionally, the coupling employs imported oil seals capable of withstanding temperatures up to 200°C. For static seals—such as those used in flanges—the system utilizes high-quality O-rings along with specialized automotive-transmission-grade sealing compounds, providing a robust double-sealing mechanism. Moreover, the GY2 series boasts advanced monitoring capabilities, including an external infrared temperature monitoring device. This system enables real-time signal feedback that can be integrated into centralized control systems, facilitating precise temperature monitoring. As a result, power plant hydraulic couplings equipped with the GY2 series can proactively detect potential overload trends during installation, ensuring optimal operational reliability and efficiency.
