The product is paired with a bubbling‑type steam boiler feedwater pump unit, featuring a rated input speed of 2,985 rpm and a transmission power of 5,335 kW. Following comprehensive factory‑level assessments—including full‑load performance testing, speed‑regulation accuracy verification, and vibration‑and‑temperature‑rise inspections—all key parameters met or exceeded the contractual requirements. The customer signed the acceptance confirmation on the spot and offered high praise. This delivery underscores Zhongxing Hydraulic’s expertise in customized R&D and manufacturing, further advancing China’s high‑end industrial equipment onto the global stage.

On September 17, 2026, the first batch of three units from an order for 20 sets of 562YCLZ‑type hydraulic gearboxes—placed by Guangdong Zhongxing Hydraulics and Weihai Guangtai Airport Equipment—was officially shipped, destined to power 300 kW‑class high‑blow vehicles. The product’s integrated design reduces axial dimensions by approximately 40% compared with conventional split‑type solutions and cuts overall weight by 25%. Its wide‑temperature sealing is compatible with operating conditions ranging from –40°C to 60°C, while the starting torque is kept within 60% of the diesel engine’s rated torque, setting a benchmark for the integrated transmission upgrade of specialized airport equipment.
