  • **Abstract:** This paper provides a technical introduction to the technology and application examples of torque-limited hydraulic transmissions. The GY series technical standards represent a new enterprise standard developed by referencing and adapting German standards, primarily targeting overseas engineering projects as well as the domestic high-end market for import substitution.

    The GY series adopts German technical standards and offers several advantages over the traditional YOX series:
    ● Adopt higher sealing technology standards
    Oil-free for three years
    The main shaft employs TS technology: key areas feature a surface roughness of ▽0.2 and a surface hardness exceeding HV600.
    The spindle processed by TS technology features a microscopic surface structure that forms an oil-retaining grid. To reduce the friction coefficient and enhance the performance of dynamic sealing for skeleton oil seals.
    Adopt imported oil seals (temperature-resistant up to 200°C).
    Static seals (e.g., flanges) utilize a high-quality O-ring seal combined with specially formulated sealing adhesive (specifically designed for automotive transmission systems), providing a dual-layer sealing mechanism.

    Faster, stronger
    Utilizing high-quality bearings (SKF, FAG) for enhanced load-carrying capacity.
    Optional, professionally customized hydraulic transmission fluid can enhance power transmission by 5% to 15%.
    The rotating component is manufactured using dynamic balancing technology, ensuring more stable high-speed operation. The maximum operating speed is below 3000 rpm.

    Signal feedback can be integrated into centralized control.

    In addition to using spring washers, thread-locking adhesive is also applied for double security, ensuring enhanced safety.
    Aluminum alloy components are produced using full-metal die low-pressure casting technology, which is a leading-edge technique in China. Low-pressure cast aluminum alloy parts exhibit higher strength and more uniform material properties. The components are manufactured using ZL104 aluminum alloy that meets the GB/T 1173-1995 standard.
    Fasteners shall be standard components of Grade 8.8, treated with galvanization, black oxide coating, or Dacromet finish.
    The surface coating uses acrylic metallic protective paint that complies with the national standard GB/T25264—2010.

    Technical Specification Sheet for GY-GT High-Elasticity Hydraulic Coupling Series
    ◆ The hydraulic coupling (hydraulic torque converter), which uses transmission oil as the medium for power transmission
    ◆ Should be equipped with a rear or side auxiliary chamber capable of cushioning the impact during startup of the working mechanism.
    ◆ Meets the soft-start requirements for the rated load of the working machine, with a maximum start-up time of 20″ to 50″.
    ◆ Temperature monitor for configurable hydraulic couplings, featuring a 4–20 mA output signal
    ◆ Configurable speed monitor for hydraulic couplings, outputting 4–20 mA signals
    ◆ In case of overload, it can relieve the load by melting the fusible plug and spraying oil (overload protection).
    ◆ The hydraulic coupling shall undergo dynamic balancing, with a grade of G6.3 (vibration value < 4.5 mm/s).
    ◆ Should be equipped with a highly elastic coupling (standard component) that offers excellent flexibility and load-bearing capacity for flexible connections.
    ◆ The replacement of the high-elasticity coupling should be simple and convenient, without the need to move the prime mover or the driven machine.
    ◆ Should be capable of withstanding 30% alternating torque over a long period.
    ◆ The hydraulic coupling shall be equipped with bearings of the same quality as those from FAG, SKF, and other reputable brands.
    ◆ The hydraulic coupling shall be equipped with a rubber dynamic seal capable of withstanding 200°C.
